Ample parking is provided for both properties and both barn conversions benefit from their own private garden spaces so you can enjoy a glass of wine whilst relaxing in our tranquil garden after a day exploring local attractions and unwind after your travels.
The Stables (Sleeps 4, 2 Bedrooms) This newly converted cosy (832 sq ft) property features two double bedded en-suite bedrooms with a charming central communal lounge area and is very well appointed. The property has two good sized en-suite bathrooms adjoining each bedroom featuring baths complete with hand held shower attachments. The lounge area features superior contemporary furniture and fittings with Sky TV and DVD. Both double bedrooms are very comfortably appointed, with their own en-suite facilities. Furnishings are of a high standard and provide a luxury feel to the accommodation throughout. The outside of the property is graveled within a private courtyard to provide a degree of seclusion when preferred. Alfresco dining is available on the trsetle table and chairs in the walled courtyard when weather permits. The Stables is a non smoking property.
Notes on accommodation: In addition, all bedlinen and towels for the bathrooms are provided for your use, along with tea towels for the kitchen. Well behaved dogs are allowed by prior arrangement at a cost of £20 per dog per week. Please ensure dogs are not left unattended in the property, and are exercised on a lead at all times. Please note that insurance requirements for both Beech Hut and The Stables prohibit smoking inside of the properties. Accessibility: Our properties are not suitable for wheelchair users, although are considered appropriate for individuals with restricted mobility. There are stairs in Beech Hut, The Stables is all on one level. Outside: Both properties have immediate access to an acre of lawned garden area with guests invited to make use of our Balinese teak summer house. Beech Hut enjoys a private patio area with a rustic table and seating and The Stables has a charming walled garden with bench seating.
Coast/Beach: 7 miles from the family seaside excitements of Weston super Mare and about an hour's drive from the Devon coast. Golf: Mendip Springs Golf club is within a few minutes drive from the property and a range of alternative courses are accessible locally by car. Skiing: Dry Ski slope is a few minutes drive from the properties at Sandford.
