Just outside Wells Wookey Hole Caves makes a fun day out for all the family while the handsome city of Bath with its Regency architecture and Roman baths is within a forty-minute drive away. As soon as guests arrive at this property they will immediately see just how thoughtfully the barn has been converted to make it a beautifully light-filled space. The front door opens onto the lounge/diner an impressive space which is dominated by the huge double height window which not only floods the room with light but affords wonderful views across the surrounding countryside. The L-shaped sofa has been arranged so as to make the most of these views and also to allow guests to enjoy the TV/DVD. A door leads through to the dual-aspect kitchen which has all the equipment that guests will need to make themselves at home including an oven hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. The first of the property s two bedrooms can also be found on the ground floor: a flexible room which can be made up as either a twin room or a super-king on request. This room benefits from a door which gives access to a wet room with shower and WC. Stairs lead from the living area up to the first-floor bedroom which has been designed to allow guests to enjoy the countryside views from the bed. A glass door and floor-to-ceiling glass window look across the landing and out to the surrounding fields. This room is a king-size which has an en-suite WC. Outside there is a large patio area to the rear of the property which has garden furniture and a BBQ perfect for sitting out and enjoying the views.
